Diane sold us our home in Gardnerville, NV, in 2009. Then she sold it for us in 2013 when we left the area. Now we have returned, but to Sparks, and, we of course called Diane to help us. She has become a good friend through all of our transactions. We knew we could count on her once again to work diligently to find the house that was perfect for us. We found one on the first day of looking, but the owner took it off the market. It was disappointing, but Diane is never down. She helped us to look all over Reno and Sparks, even though she doesn’t usually work so far from home. I had been saving info on possible homes. She sifted through them and kept us on top of the status of each one. It took a long time because our home was taking its time being sold. The COVID-19 lockdown hit soon after we put it on the market, and restrictions on how to tour homes tightened.
She was never discouraged and worked tirelessly to find the right home for us as speedily as possible. Finally, we had a short list to visit one day and Diane saw one new listing that looked just right for us. It was! She guided us through making an offer in this very seller oriented time, and we were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted. Then she stayed close with us, even though we were in southern Nevada, she was in Gardnerville and the home was in Sparks—lots of distance between all. She worked tirelessly with an unfamiliar escrow office, responding to every question we had along the way immediately. What could have been a highly stressful process was much easier because we knew that Diane was on top of everything.
We love working with her! She is positive, highly competent and listens carefully when you are touring homes to better understand what you are seeking, even when you aren’t sure yourselves. We are so happy to have her as a friend and supporter. Her clients are always her number one focus even when it is inconvenient for her to be in touch.
