Diane is a great person to work with when shopping for a new home! She is very knowledgeable about house values, construction methods and materials, neighborhoods, financing, etc. She was invaluable in pointing out strengths of all the homes and was good to compare features of homes we were settling on. Diane was always very happy to look at as many homes as we needed and we never felt we were taking too much of her time. She goes above and beyond at getting the house that is right for you. Diane could tell that we were not sure about the criteria we were searching for in our new home. She worked with us patiently and asked us many questions about what we should look for in a home. Eventually we zeroed in on a type of home that suited us. Diane was also great at working with us during our home negotiation, financing, and closing and represented us very well. She worked with us closely throughout the entire process and made sure we hit all of our deadlines. We will definitely use Diane again and would recommend her to anyone!
