Just wrapped up a house sale for our home in Alpine View Estates, Jacks Valley, Carson City NV. Our listing agent was Diane Bartsch, RE/MAX Realty Affiliates. The whole experience working with Diane was great. From the beginning, when she met with my wife and me to discuss how best to advertise the listing as well as determining the most appropriate selling price, she was very professional, understood our wishes, and was fully engaged in all aspects of the sale. Selling a house can be stressful, however, from listing to closing Diane’s interaction with us resulted in a completely stress free sale. Her recommendations on staging the house as well as her execution of the online marketing presentation were fantastic and definitely created the “wow” factor for prospective buyers. When the offers to buy came in, Diane discussed the pros and cons of each and in the end we sold our house above the listing price and in a very short time frame. Bottom line.. outstanding experience!
