I bought my first house in 1974 in Pensacola, Florida.  Since then I’ve owned properties in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Garden Grove California, Lawndale, California, Livermore, California and now my current home in Carson City, Nevada.  I make that point only to illustrate that I have worked with many, many Real Estate agents over the years and Diane was truly the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.  She really listened to my needs, was sensitive to my budget and did her homework.  In less than a week of serious looking we found the ideal house for me in a beautiful neighborhood.  This property had multiple offers but the letter she wrote to the seller’s agent convinced the seller to choose my offer.  This effort of Diane’s was truly “above and beyond” the call of duty and sealed the deal.  I would highly recommend Diane to satisfy your every property needs and desires.  She’s the best.
