In the fall of 2014 after retirement we began searching the internet sites for a house in the Carson Valley area. We had our current home in escrow so we decided to make a trip to Nevada and view a house that Diane Bartsch at REMAX had listed.
Diane was happy to show us the house and even though it turned out not to be exactly what we were looking for she took down our requirements and came up with a number of other homes to look at.
Diane was very helpful in familiarizing us with the local area and making suggestions about locations where we might be happy living.
A number of months passed until we found the right house and all the escrow timing worked out. All during this time we would get a regular weekly call from Diane to see how things on our end were progressing. She continued to provide us with words of encouragement and sound advice throughout the entire process.
We feel that if it were not for Diane’s vast knowledge of the local real estate market and her concern to see us through that we would not be in our beautiful home today!
Diane’s caring and concerned attitude through the whole relocation experience was very reassuring and appreciated.
