Diane was wonderful from beginning to end.  A little background.  My elderly father had to move in with myself.  He had to move from Northern Nevada to Southwest Virginia.  Diane was referred to me from a colleague of hers.  I only met her once when I was out in Nevada to take care of my dad’s belongings.  Diane was aware of my dad’s health issue and only worked with me in getting the property ready for sale, keeping abreast of updates and such.  Once the property was ready for sale it sold quickly and for what we were anticipating getting.  She stayed in contact with me throughout the sale. Very easy to talk to and very understanding. I would use her again if the need arose, being as my dad does have another property in Nevada I would certainly use her for the sale of this house.  I would recommend Diane if you are planning on selling your home.
