I actually had no intention of selling my house, but when my sister on the east coast needed help on her farm, I ended up staying and out of necessity had to sell my house “as is” and with everything in it, furniture, appliances, tools, the works. I went to a site that found realty agents and Diane Bartsch was the very first one to call me. I actually was skeptical at first because she was such a quick response that it took me by surprise. But I thought “at least she’s on the ball” and went with her. AM I EVER GLAD I DID! Diane put her entire heart into helping me sell my house and kept me up to date on every detail of what was going on. Since this was the first time I sold a home, I had no idea what to expect, but she walked me through every detail and told me what to look for and what to be wary of. I must have called her 20 times, and every time she was very patient and understanding. She handled things for me since I’m thousands of miles away and took care of things for me that she didn’t have to. Because of Diane, my home sold quickly and cleanly with very few hiccups, and those hiccups were on a potential buyer’s end, not hers. A better agent you’d be hard pressed to find. I’ll be recommending her to anyone in my former town that is looking to put their house up for sale. She more than gets the job done. With her, it’s an art form.
