I consider myself a sophisticated buyer and seller of real estate as I have been involved in scores of transactions. I recently utilized the services of Diane Bartsch for one business transaction and two personal transactions.
The business transactions should have gone smoothly but they didn’t do to a egress issue as well as loan issues. Diane was very calm, decisive, and persuasive in helping the title company deal with the egress issue and having the buyer change to Diane’s recommended lender as the buyer’s lender wouldn’t close on the transaction. The deal would not have been done without Diane and her expertise and ability to work with all parties and not just me.
In my personal transactions, again Diane kept all parties calm and going forward when the escrows had to be extended a number of times on my sale of my home and my purchase of a new home.
