This neighborhood is south of the main part of Gardnerville town and has a rural feeling with lot sizes of one acre or more which are typically zoned for horses and small farm animals. A mixture of old and new in a casual and pleasant country setting. Homes are on private well and septic systems and most are connected to natural gas. Many streets abut BLM land with abundant riding trails.
