Buckeye / Pinenut

These neighborhoods are on the east side of the valley including some gentle hilly terrain where elevated views can be captured as well as level parcels with options for light ranching. Either way all homes are situated on large parcels-from one to five acres in general offering lots of elbow room. The Pinenut area is dotted with those native nut bearing trees and many homes do offer a private location off the beaten path. Some sections in Buckeye are connected with natural gas. All have private wells and septic systems. The newest development, Grandview, is selling two acre level lots for your custom home build.
