It was a pleasure working with Diane again.  My mother purchased the house from out of state almost 6 years ago, with Diane representing the buyer. I met her when we did the final walk through.  Naturally I contacted Diane when it was time to sell.  She is always very responsive and professional.  Her ideas for staging the home using the existing furnishings, and suggestion for a thorough cleaning over repainting, helped us minimize our labor and get a fair return.  Additionally Diane was great at listening to my challenges with the title company, and offered suggestions to address the handling of the estate.  If I need a realtor in the Carson City to Gardnerville area, I would definitely contact Diane.
