Working with you was a process that evolved. As you had told me each house we looked at became an education process. With each house I was able to narrow my list and needs to finally find the right house.
I think the one thing that people don’t notice is that when someone is good at what they do the process seems easy and effortless. For me from day one when we spoke you were on point with questions, finding out my needs then changing when my needs changed until we found the perfect house. You were patient and gave good insight to someone that has no experience in real estate. It helped me quite a bit in finding the right house. After the purchase you handled things in an extremely timely manner. So much so that the house and loan closed early to my delight. In my team of realtor and loan officer you clearly were the rock star of the team. I appreciate all dedication and hard work you did to get me the house of my dreams.
