I could not have done this without your being on top of everyone involved. You are very experienced in all aspects, let me be cranky when there were no answers but kept giving me a positive attitude and jumped in and took care of things time and again with a very difficult situation. You were always willing to get me answers and delivered them kindly to me even when they weren’t what I wanted to hear.
