I truly appreciate how patient you were with the complexity of this purchase. When I first fell in love with this house I thought there was no way i could make an offer since I really wasn’t planning on moving until at least June of next year. When I posed the question to you about seeing if the current owners would be interested in renting the house back from me, you were so encouraging. You always were willing to try to do whatever it took to assist me in getting this purchase to work. Even with a few complications along the way, you stayed positive, yet realistic. I appreciated your expertise advice on questions that I had and your non-pushy way of presenting things. I also want to thank you for going to bat for me with the owners’ realtor when she said she could not understand why I needed to see the house for a second time before making a final decision on my offer. It truly was a pleasure to work with you.
