Shred Event 2022 & Donation Drive
Tax season is upon us! Once you’ve filed, you may find that some spring cleaning is in order. Our annual office Shred Event 2022 for our preferred clients is scheduled for Saturday, April 23, from 9 am to 12 pm this year—so make sure to save the date! Prevent identity theft by securely shredding your outdated bank statements, bills, legal agreements and other personal documents.
We will also be hosting a donation drive at the same time for the Douglas County Animal Shelter. You can bring dog and cat food (canned and dry), cat litter, cleaning supplies, hard toys, treats, etc. to the RE/MAX office during the Shred Event. I look forward to seeing you there!

March 2022 Residential Stats
The March 2022 residential stats are now available. So let’s take a look at some of the key features. Below you will find snapshots showing the supply and demand for both the Gardnerville and Carson City markets. As you can see, the supply of available homes for sale has continued to decrease over the last two years. It is down 47.7% for Gardnerville and 21.2% for Carson City.
