Ranchos

A large portion of the Carson Valley population resides in the Ranchos. There are 2 basic neighborhoods within the parameters. One is the original housing where parcels are ½ acre built in the 70’s with room to add workshops or additional garages and zoned for horses. The newer section dates back to the 1980’s with 1100 to 1800 sq ft homes on .20 or more size lots. Predominately built out – these homes are well established and in low to mid- range pricing.
